Faithful Citizens - Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting our mission! We're excited to get your order to you. Because many of our items are made-to-order especially for you, they take a little extra time to prepare. This helps us offer a wide variety of designs and reduce waste.

Here’s what you can expect:

Order Processing & Production Time

This is the time it takes for your items to be printed, cut, and prepared for shipment.

Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, etc.): 3-7 business days
Drinkware, Candles, & Stickers: 2-5 business days

Please note that "business days" do not include weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons (like Christmas), production times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order is produced and passes quality control, it will be shipped. The shipping time is in addition to the production time.

Standard US Shipping: 5-8 business days
Total Estimated Delivery: You can typically expect to receive your order within 8-15 business days (Production + Shipping).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location. We are a small business, and we work to keep these costs as low as possible.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey to your door.

Important Notes

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure you have a secure location for your deliveries.
Order Splitting: Depending on what you order, your items may be shipped in separate packages from different locations (e.g., a t-shirt and a candle). You will receive tracking numbers for each package.
